Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: July 13, 2026
In line with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the social platforms we integrate with, you have the right to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains what is deleted and how to request it.
What gets deleted
- Your account information (name, email, profile details).
- Connected platform data and access tokens for your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts.
- Scheduled posts and media stored in the platform.
- Activity logs and analytics associated with your account.
- Subscription and transaction data, except the minimum records we are legally required to keep for accounting.
How to request deletion
You can request deletion in any of the following ways:
- In the app: sign in at https://my.socialcontrol.app, then go to Settings → Account → “Delete account and data”. To revoke access to a single Page instead, go to Connections and disconnect it.
- Deletion request form: submit your request directly at https://my.socialcontrol.app/data-deletion.
- By email: write to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
Revoking Meta access
You can also remove our app's access to your Facebook and Instagram data at any time from Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations. Removing the integration stops all further data access; use one of the methods above to also delete data already stored with us.
Timeframe
We process deletion requests within 30 days and send a confirmation to your account email once completed. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; any active subscription is cancelled as part of the process.
