Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Social Control provides a unified inbox for businesses to receive and respond to messages and comments on their connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts, to publish and schedule content, and to use AI-assisted replies and auto-reply rules.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must have the authority to connect and manage the Pages and accounts you link to the Service.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, you authorize us to access it through Meta's APIs to provide the features you enable. You remain responsible for complying with Meta's, Facebook's, and Instagram's terms and policies, and for the content you send or publish through the Service.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Do not publish or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not violate the policies of any connected platform.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.

6. AI features

AI-generated replies are drafts and suggestions. You are responsible for the messages sent from your account. Auto-reply rules that you enable send messages on your behalf according to the conditions you configure.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create and send through the Service.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as Meta and our payment provider. We are not responsible for their availability, actions, or policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service, disconnect your accounts, or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
